So, after a week of being fully potty trained (meaning he's been pooping and peeing on the potty, and has been telling us when he needs to go, even when we're out) Rhys randomly peed in the living room, right next to me.

Okay, don't be discouraged because...wait for it...this is not the end. He will have accidents and setbacks, possibly for the next two years. Why do you think they don't start them in kindergarten until they are 5? It is okay. The worst part is over. Until its Kyle's turn. But you will be so much more relaxed the next time.
