Okay...maybe the title of this post is a little over dramatic. But I was SO excited this morning.
Warren was in the shower and I was putting Rhys down on his new 'kid gym' play mat for some much hated obligatory tummy time.
This tummy time seemed different from the get go. Rhys held his head up high. He was sturdy. There was no immediate fussing. Then - BAM! He hit me with it. PURE NEW MOM JOY.
After screaming for Warren to come (only to remember he was in the shower) I grabbed the video camera and prayed Rhys would hit me with it again. And he did. TWICE.
